Q: Is registration at nenastoto really free?

Yes, registering a nenastoto account is 100% free. There is no registration fee, no monthly charge, and no hidden costs. You only need to make a deposit when you are ready to play with real money. Before that, you are welcome to browse the platform and familiarise yourself with the interface at no cost.

Q: How long does the account verification process take?

A verification email will be sent within seconds of registering. Click the link in the email and your account is immediately active. The entire process usually takes less than 2 minutes. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Q: Can I register more than one account?

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one nenastoto account. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all related accounts being closed and account balances frozen. If you are having trouble logging in to your existing account, contact our support team for account recovery assistance.

Q: What documents are required for KYC verification?

To verify your identity (KYC), you will need to submit a copy of your MyKad or valid passport. In some cases, a bank statement or utility bill for address verification may also be required. KYC verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and takes 24–48 hours after documents are received. This process is essential to protect the security of your account.

Q: How do I claim the 150% welcome bonus after registering?

The 150% welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account when you make your first deposit. No special promo code needed. The minimum deposit to qualify is RM20. The bonus is subject to wagering requirements — read the Promotions page for full details before claiming.

Q: What payment methods are accepted for the first deposit?

Nenastoto supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX (online banking for all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely through licensed payment platforms compliant with PCI-DSS security standards.
